iCiclE User Information

Introduction

iCiclE is a Windows-CE based GPS Companion application - presenting a large amount of information, primarily derived from an external GPS Receiver.

However, it's not quite finished yet - so I'll put the user information here (a manual, so to speak!) when it's all pretty much done.
