Website Rework

I wasn't entirely happy with the layout of the front page of the website, so I've done a little redesign to bring the news section back.  So here it is!

I also felt that the galleries were getting a bit large, so I've removed some images I'm less happy with, hopefully leaving a more focussed selection of photographs.

There will be some more coming along shortly once I've done the processing on them...
