Devon

I've just got back from holiday in Devon, where I had quite a lot of opportunity to take some photos with my latest camera.  We were based just outside of Bovey Tracey, having access to the whole of Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding areas.

Dartmoor is a beautiful place - in some ways so desolate but also so interesting.  You can barely travel a mile without seeing some different granite formation, and the mix of purple heather and yellow gorse spread over the countryside made a wonderful sight.  I was surprised at how hilly the countryside is - for some reason I expected it to be much flatter!

I have put a selection of my images in a new Devon folder in the gallery, and also taken this opportunity to update the Dorset, Hampshire and Nature galleries and add the Aircraft images.
